Truck was dirty in the cab, the rear of truck was clean. Location owner was rude and poor communication on what he had available when called and I clear on rental process. I’ll never step foot inside the place again.

The ge to man told me before I got there that he could get me a 20’ truck.. when I got there he said someone just drove of. in it .. convinced me to get the 15’ .. saying it would be big enough .. it wasn’t . so now I have to s to figure out how ai will get tge rest of my stuff to my new location. if he didn’t have it . he should have said so and not lied on the phone
