Messed up my reservation at last minute. Had to drive an hour each way to pick it up. Adding insult is I was charged for the additional mileage although U Haul said they wouldn’t.

ABRAHAM MIt was a random hardware store two towns away. I was going to southern Graham and the drop off was in northern sumner 45 minutes away. (A location I had to argue for since they originally wanted me to go twice as far.) I will be recommending everyone I meet to not use u-haul)
