U haul wanted me to drive another 40 min to Auburn to return truck and drive another 40 min back after driving 11 hours! I stuck w original location at Sumner and they let me return it there.

I got what I needed, but there were a few issues. First the truck was clean, but the gears hard shifted. I did report this in an Email. Next, my drop off location was changed on me, spur of the moment. I was told I would get a twenty something discount. I did need to backtrack a few extra miles, and there was an additional charge, but no record of a discount.

Stan LFor some reason I wasn’t able to return at location I picked up while I was renting truck, i had to go all the way back to pick up location, and I barely made it, because there were closing at 8.
