I Have Rented From This Location So Many Times AndThe Last Two Rentals Have Been Terrible. I Was Given A Uhaul That Wasn’t Even Safe For Driving And The Owner At The Location Said The Steering Wheel Was Too Tight. I Drove On The Highway Holding The Wheel And Praying I Did Not Hit Anyone Because The Uhaul Wouldn’t Drive Straight. The Owner Didn’t Provide Any Options And In The Business I Work In I Had To Go With What Was Available. Turn The Truck In With The Same Mileage As Picked Up And I Was Charged For 4 Gallons. Today I Got A Uhaul And Drove One Mile Away And Took It Back To Return The Uhaul And On The Receipt It Shows The Uhaul Was Driven 4 Miles But Once Again I’m Being Charged For 4 Gallons Of Fuel. This Is The Same Uhaul From The Rental Before. I Am Livid And I Will Be Reaching Out To Corporate.

MICHELLE VI was originally given a much further drop off location but realized this one was incredibly close. I called and a gentleman answered with replies to all my questions and well missed hospitality. I was assured I could simply drop off there and they would handle the rest. The lady who helped at drop off was so kind, encouraging, and expedient. It took hardly any time and I promptly received my emailed receipt. No long haul plans anytime soon but I’ll certainly consider in town services more than I would have previously if it’s always that smooth.
