Millette was very helpful on the phone when I set up and picked up my rental. I highly recommend this location. I called the location at Bell's first. They were so unhelpful, I hung up.

Everything was smooth like always. I come in to the same place 3 or 4 times a month. Always fast and easy.
STEPHEN PThe Agent at the pick location was great. However, Uhaul did not honor the price agreed upon in the original contact. The agent tried thier best to assist me we even called uhaul for assistance. Nothing worked. Finally we were told over the phone by a uhaul representative that I could pay the price that uhaul was checking me at and uhaul would immediately refund the amount over the original contract. So I did. This transaction happend on July 26, 2025. It is currently July 29, 2025 and I have not received any refund.
