Gentleman was very pleasant and helpful. The onkybtjing I can complain about is that he told us we could turn the trailer back in to ANY UHaul location. Closest one told us they were suppose to be a uhaul but they hadn't been given equipment yet, the other one closed at 3 o'clock. When we called another location we were told we gad to return it to a specific location. Which was 45 minutes away.
