This is one of the smoothest transitions with this U-Haul location that I’ve had in a while. Every type of truck was available, which was pretty impressive and the process of getting signed in and getting in and out with the truck was smooth as well doing the mobile pick up. This location is prepared at all times to get trucks in and out. I would most definitely recommend this location over most locations in Sumter, South Carolina. Great job guys.

Luis MMy rental experience was not pleasant. The original location that I chose to pick up from had not received the trailer I reserved. I was given no notification from U Haul that this was a problem. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with a regional rep to try to find a trailer. I ended up driving 40 minutes out of my way to get the trailer. Thanks to Sumter Rentals for making the pick up easy. Customer service there was excellent. As for U Haul, they offered nothing for the time and inconvenience of having to travel that far to get the trailer. My original pick up was to be 9 miles from my house and pick up was scheduled for 9:00 am. It took my entire morning to get the trailer and I didn’t get home until around noon. What should have taken less than an hour took nearly 3 hours.
