I reserved 3 dozen moving blankets and found out that they only had 4 blankets when I picked up the truck. I was not charged for the 4 blankets, but it would have been good to know beforehand that I needed to look elsewhere for blankets.
CHRISTOPHER MReturning the truck was much easier, and we had no issues. There were also people at the location who would have given us help had we asked for it.
