The employee stated that they did the inspection and checked the tires, yet on the drive I had a blowout on trailer. I hen replaced the technician checked the other tires and found the rear tire on the same side had uneven wear in one 8 inch location in the second tread of the tire. Tires do not normally wear out that way, Both tires should have been caught and changed prior to letting it get rented out. It could have been a bigger incident than it was. Fortunately I drive slow and steady so as one blew I was able to pull over safely.
