Good service, the only thing could be better is is the trailer schematic we’re not very well labeled it was one with a ramp and the ramp opening was ALOT smaller that the 6 foot inside measurement it should say only 4’9 total opening not just 4’9 ramp. But came back and got the one without the gate and it worked great!

RICARDO LI accidentally left my tie down straps and bungee cords in the back of the truck when I returned it. I came back within 30 minutes of returning it and they had already moved it on the lot. They said that all they found was some rope (no rope was left in the truck, I had no rope) and that my tie downs and bungee cords were not in there. Basically, they stole my property.
