We dropped the keys in a after hours box and assumed that's where to park it. There was no clear instruction where to return it during after hours periods. Especially since the normal area was locked. Make it more clear

I rented a car transport trailer at this location. It was provided to me with a badly worn tire which was worn down entirely through the tread at one place. They could not change the tire, but instead directed me to another location significantly out of my way. I made the trip with the tire and was, fortunately, lucky to make it without a blowout.

I was given a bent trailer that towed to the right. On the next lane over due to some previous damage. I had a horrible time almost hit another vehicle due to the trailer being so out of center.

Inside of trailer wasn't clean. I had to sweep out dried up mud. Otherwise customer service was good.

The u haul systems are antiquated. It took me longer to get thru their process for a appliance trolly than it took to use it for my purpose. The location was excellent and both pick up and drop off people were very nice.

The $19.99 a day is misleading of course. It's meant to be, meant to get you in the door. It works. The 0.99 cents a mile charge is too excessive. 0.75 cents per mile would be more acceptable and in line and U-Haul would still make a very healthy profit on the newer trucks. The truck's odometer moved faster than my cell phone odometer app, by almost 25%. So, one of the two is wrong, who's do you think it is??? 46 miles total, returned it within 3 hours of renting it, with gasoline I replaced my total charge was $95. You tell me if this was a good deal.

The U-Haul dealer had quite a bit of trouble with filling out the form on the U-Haul site because of all the built in excesses of the site the company has created. This led to, among other things, him having to fill in all sorts of technical information on my pickup that was to pull the trailer, including wheelbase, overall width and height, and much more. Information that was totally useless since my pickup is a Toyota Tundra which is listed among the approved tow vehicles. U-Haul has become too top heavy with IT and corporate people to be effective and efficient. Although I had to wait for an extended time for the dealer to fill out the screens to the site's satisfaction, I give him 5 stars. U-Haul as a company, however, gets only 2 stars. On second thought,, possibly fewer.

i didnt have a problem with the location, i had a problem with u-haul they told me my truck would be ready by 10:30 i had to wait till 12:00 for someone to get there, they didnt open till 12. then i tried to pick up without anyone and yalls web site could not read my location, which i had my location on. this was a horrible experience, and dont think i'll be using uhal again

It wasn't clear to me that if I missed pick-up by over an hour my truck would be canceled and I'd need to start process over. Maybe highlight that more clearly? However, bottom line, I screwed up, not U-Haul.

The employee was not helper I had a tell him that my dolly wasn't in the truck. I did a 24/7 rental. If I hadn't came early before they closed I wouldn't have one. The guy that helped me said the truck I rented didn't have gas in it. So he had to change truck.My mile was 20 miles off. This cause me extra money. The next day after I returned the truck overnight my card was charged 2 more times. No one at store would answer the phone. Gas was filled over amount that was in truck when I picked up. This location should be investigated.

Our U-Haul rep was not able to refund the second dozen of unused blankets we paid for. Is there any way that can be done?

I got there at 4:45 PM, they close at 4:30. They were kind enough to help me after closing. This is the second time I have used this facility and they have been outstanding and given exemplary customer service.

we paid for 5 dozen moving blankets and they were not in the truck. We had to go to another location to get them and used an hour of our truck time doing that

People at the location put incorrect pickup mileage adding 28 miles that we did not use (good thing we took pictures of mileage when we picked up). Called to complain and the people there were so rude and gave me the run around. Do not rent from this location! Should of listened to all the bad reviews about this place but for the convenience of how close it was, still decided to rent from them. But never again!


Even though did I the online check-in and pre-paid they tried to bill me again at pick up.
