I got a truck that had a faulty fuel pump that stalled numberous times during my rental. The last time it stalled on an overpass 90 feet in the air. I informed U-Haul of the issue and that I didn’t feel safe returning it to the location. They didn’t seem to care about my safety or the danger their truck put others on the road in; just the truck being returned to the location it was rented from and being refuel. They continued to say the issue was being low on fuel (they gave it to me with a little over a quarter of a tank) and didn’t care until they sent someone who verified it wasn’t gas. I’ll never use you again
Nicholas DSo this is not the closest Uhaul but I always come here. Staff is great. It’s always easy to get trailers in and out and equipment is always in good condition. CJ who works the desk is awesome! Always a good experience when he’s working.
