They did not check my trailer in as being returned, I called them just before they were to close to get them to do that. That may not be a big issue, but I have no way of knowing since it was going to be past the time I was scheduled to return it if it was not checked in.
Allen SThis is the 3rd time I have used this location. The first 2 times were not impressive. The equipment is good, but their processes are not good. The 2nd time I arrived on time to pick up the item, and it took the worker over an hour to arrive on time, and there was a line, so it took another hour to get processed. This current time had good service.
Jason SThe UHaul app told me I would need to pay $174.33 at the pickup location. This total turned into $213 because of additional tax. Then when dropping the truck off I was charged an additional $54. Hidden costs aren’t stated when booking
ANDREW HI am very pleased with U-Haul in this location in particular. They were extremely helpful and very friendly when I was in the middle of a very stressful move.
