Despite having a trailer reserved and confirmed for Jan 31st and Feb 6th, Woods had no record of my reservation. I provided the reservation number, and they still had no record. Each time they said U-Haul website has been down, I replied I get 5-6 text a day from the same system, I find it hard to believe it is not a Woods problem.
