Well I said I have my own insurance and told the person and I still got charged. I said I don't want insurance l.NEHA S.
The customer service representative was a little agitated because she was alone. It was a little busy and I can understand her frustration. However, she could have responded to me differently when I wanted to change the card I made the reservation with. She did not want to touch my card because she had no gloves. I told her I can hold the card in my hand and she said but I cannot read it because you would have to turn the card at an angle. I asked another employee to read the card for her and he just took the card from my hand and typed it in. I believe in safety and the simple solution would have been to sanitize your hands after holding my card. That was the only issue I had.DANIEL O.
The only issue I really had was not their fault. The Uhaul was not â€œreserved and guaranteedâ€ at the time I was supposed to pick it up since the customer had not returned it yet.RONALD H.
i set up for a pick using your automated / smart phone feature. not only was the truck not set up that way when i attempted to get assistance from your team members both over the phone and in person i was basically called a liar twice. between the truck key being in the store and not available for immediate use i had to wait a long time in a line and then was dealing with individuals that didn't listen when i explained the online feature wasn't working. i was made to stand in line, there after had to start the reservation over again and was dealt with very poorly when i explained i had already paid and was told no i hadn't but in the end they say everything i had previously explained was as i stated booked and paid for and should have had a dolly and blankets both of which were not available in the truck. i was delayed in leaving and packing and leaving for my moving trip. and now i see that while i returned the truck clean and in the same condition and with more gas than i received it with, i was charged an additional fee for i'm not sure what exactly. i was not happy with your process or your team both on the ground and the very rude individual i spoke to on the phone when i was at the truck attempting to follow the process myself before engaging the team in the office because i wasn't supposed to have to interact with them when i set up the reservation and paid so i did get an unsealed nasty dolly that was very rusted and messed up some of my items when using (stain) but i also was not given blankets and was not credited this amount.RACHEL A.
