Every time I went there to check on my things they were not in the right place they fall down. And my bedroom furniture was broken my tv Wes damaged

DAHLIA P | First ImpressionsEstube muy mala experiencia con el almacenamiento dure un promedio de 2 años pagando el almacenamiento mes por mes y cuando voy a buscar mis pertenencia estaba todo dańada con eses y orina de ratones tengo fotos y video hay una perdida de alrededor de 8mil dolares perdi la camas mia y de mis hijos y ropas de mis hijos y yo pagaba un seguro y espero que se comuniquen conmigo para buscr una solucion al respecto

She was extremely helpful , polite , informative, and driven to see to our needs through our interaction. Her spunk has such a great energy that you feel at home when speaking with her meaning she makes you feel comfortable. She is the sole reason that thought of renting a unit switched into me renting a unit. Her class, her ability to be driven, professional, and do it with a smile is what evoked me to become a true customer. I give her 10 stars out of five.

Overall, she seems like a friendly person period but when things went wrong and I have to have talks with her.She wasn't a nice person.It was her way, not my way.I'm the customer.I'm the one that needs to get taken care of not a nice person.You're maintenance staff awesome?Anything that went wrong?I actually started going to them to get things done.

Brian G | Overall ExperienceYesterday I emptied my unit and went to the office counter to notify management. A staff member behind the counter was sitting at the computer and his badge read “owner“ below his name. There were four other staff behind the counter. I stood there for five minutes about 2 feet away and he never once looked up to acknowledge me until finally I spoke up. This kind of behavior is rude and unprofessional. I rented two units there for over seven years. His behavior seemed almost intentional. Perhaps someone will tutor him how to be more courteous and respectful to his customers so that he gets referrals. Somehow, I doubt that will happen.
