HAROLD S | Overall ExperienceFirst of all, I want to say Cameron was absolutely exemplary in customer service. He was fair polite, informative and helped tremendously when I had a an issue with the company who was supposed to pick up Donations. There truck broke down on Friday and we’re not able to pick up my donation until Tuesday. He helped me schedule this and protected both my interests and the companies. Johnny the manager was also most helpful I let him know the staff was able to take a look before the donation people came to pick up he helped facilitate the employees to come and I was happy that I could help others in need. I also let him know I had a very busy day with my business and personal obligations and he helped facilitate an easy pick up. My only complaint about the ending experience is they cut the lock off the back door I came back later realizing I forgot to leave the key and I had notified site to keep the lock for a person in need. This was really important to me as I had recently struggled with homelessness and financial hardship but I realize it was my fault for having forgotten to leave the keep in the first place. I feel they could have called me to let me know. Also, another team mate who helped me on move in Anthony, what an amazing team member. Upon my arrival, I was in a U-Haul. I realized that I had left my storage unit keys in my car however I needed to return the U-Haul in order for it to get back in time. I couldn’t afford to keep it another day. I asked the team if I could leave my belongings in one of the storages I saw open being used for work. Unfortunately, I understand due to company policy. They weren’t able to allow me to temporarily hold my belongings while I went to go get my storage unit and drop off U-Haul. However, this teammate allowed me to store my personal specs nearby with him and Phil. I was able to get the key and helped me move into my storage unit. These kind of people going above and beyond is what keeps the business feeling not only like a business, but like a family and it keeps people coming back I will definitely continue to use this facility when I’m in the area for renting U-Haul for my business I also may use the store if I’m ever back in the area of living. I want you to know that you have a team with some really special people. Who have the potential to make a difference not just about Storage, but in peoples lives. The one thing I can say about pricing is that the price did increase without a phone call I didn’t receive any notification. My unit price went up $50. Bring the cost to $306. This also cost some motivation for me to leave as I was able to find a unit approximately the same size as my previous for about $200 at cube smart and 1 month free. The unit I purchase led was half the size for about $123. I want to end on this note all in all, I had a great experience with U-Haul. As I grow my own business. I understand the need for increase in prices to cover costs and the unforeseen. However, a courtesy call should be made to each client. Or a notice sent to their mail about price increased before it happens. Now ultimately this isn’t the main reason I chose to leave. I chose to leave because I moved out east and it was no longer convenient for me to return to this unit.

Coming form Luxury hotel Properties such as the Ritz Carlton NY, Fountain Blue Miami and ViceRoy Luxury hotels Camron is professional, knows how to sell the U-hall products he's very knowledgeable and Camron is friendly with all clients. Camron would be great as a Concierge in a Five Star Five Diamond 💎 hotel Luxury property Thank you Camron

Joshua J | Overall ExperienceMy only issue was the price regularly being raised by large amounts and with only a couple weeks notice multiple times while I had a unit there. But after moving out I noticed water damage. Idk where it came from, had been in there for years and the damage wasn’t their prior to it being put in but I also have no idea when it happened since it was already dried out and obviously old damage. It wasn’t terrible or anything but the price was high, raised repeatedly, and the fact that I could get a unit elsewhere that was indoor, climate controlled and three times the size for less money makes renting here not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone but it was what I needed until I had the time to find some place better.
