The service I received was very good. I was able to get to the location earlier than I anticipated and they went the extra effort to get me going earlier than I had made my original pick-up time. I appreciated the extra effort and it made my travelling that day easier.

Better inform late night store employees about how the rental system works and what they need to do to help

The guy working didn't set up the trailer correctly. When I dropped off my trailer at the final destination he asked if a uhaul rep set it up, I said yes, and he was very surprised. The chains were too long so the rep wrapped the chains around the arm of the trailer, but I requested that because he was going to leave them and if they drug on the ground there would be Sparks.. he asked what I thought we should do, umm I don't get paid to do that.. I figured he knew what he was doing so I went with it. At drop off I was informed it was not the correct set up and that the chains could have broke with the way it was wrapped.

The guy who helped me pick up the tow dolly was super friendly, but he had no idea what he was doing when it came to hooking up the dolly or my car. Also, the U-Haul computer system was so messed up (or he didn't know how to use it) that it took half an hour for him to process me when I came to pick up the dolly even though the reservation was made in advance and all my info was already on file. This is probably U-Haul's fault, not his, and is incredibly annoying.

Having a minimum length requirement on one-way rentals for "safety" is ridiculous. I had the trailer for a total of 7 hours and was charged for two full days.
