Overcharged me $96 horrible experience
Reeanna FI requested five furniture blankets, but there were none. I was charged for them. The inside of the cargo trailer had a white, powdery substance all over the floor. I tried to take photos of the exterior when I picked up the truck, but the app would not upload them.

ADRIANNA DTruck was parked outside the gate, a lock had to be cut off the box before we left, truck was filthy, and when we started the trip the air conditioning failed to work 1250 miles through Arizona; all of California, and 2/3 of Oregon , average temperatures were in the high nineties for most of the trip,and the truck only had 1;000 miles on it? The longer I thought about how uncomfortable it was the less satisfied I became after the offer from management of a 10% refund. I was a business owner for 35 years and if I had a customer as unhappy I was , I would have refunded the whole amount. But I understand it’s managements job to low ball the customer.
