Equipment needed some fixing as driver door was hard to close. Also, when returning the attendant was not familiar with how to check in the vehicle and just said to drop the key in the after hour box even through it was not after office hours.Duane G.

I had difficulty picking up my truck because I came after my rental time and didn't know it locks you out if the online process. Wait time was quoted at 53 minutes. I luckily bypassed that after a few minutes by a different number then pressing zero but it wasn't a great start to my experience.Cody W.

Rented a truck that was old and had issues, couldn't return right away so put me behind on moving. Got a replacement truck and had to add an additional day since I was behind on moving from the issues with the first truck. Door on 2nd truck kept getting stuck because it was "over adjusted" according to the gentleman who performed roadside assistance. I don't think I was fairly compensated for the inconvenience with not one but two trucks, ended up spending almost $300 for 2 broken trucks. I will not use this location again.Burgundy S.

The location and service of the person from advantage storage was great. The service from uhaul was subpart. I had 2 reservations for 2 trucks. Only the 15 foot was there. The woman called uhaul about the 26 foot and they said I could come pick it up. I was extremely disappointed because I had all my plans and moving people ready for that time. I did not have 45 minutes to wait in line at the other location. They couldn't deliver the truck that they were already supposed to have there. I love uhaul but have been disappointed with the location at Bell and Grand on several occasions.Robert W.

Unfortunately the uhaul office that called and told me that I had to pick up the truck an hour away, the night before were clueless. I asked if the truck could be transferred to the location that was close to my house and they told meâ€ we don't do that.â€ That was a lie. The pick up office lady's were really nice but the people that called me on the phone just flat out lies to me and I had to spend 3 hours on our moving day picking up the truck. Also I did not receive my refund for a vehicle hauler I did not take , that was at another location. So no I will probably never go online or call uhaul again.Dragic M.

The unit I reserved was dirty as hell. There's no current measures to disinfect the units prior to each person utilizing it. I think this is poor planning on behalf of U-Haul. Also there's no accountability for the unit which was disgusting. If I didn't look for the dolly I would have left without one. The unit seems to be having transmission isssues. And I wouldn't rent it to anyone til it's fixed.Theresa R.

We turned our truck in at 2pm, one day early and was told the receptionist recorded the truck as 'returned', but she did not give me any paperwork. The next day, on the day the truck was due - I got a text message stating I needed to return the truck. After 4 phone calls to UHaul and Advantage Storage - I finally drove there (30 min away) and the truck was still outside, not checked in. By this time, I was incurring late fees. The receptionist again told me she checked it in, and I could leave (with no paperwork), but I called my wife who logged into UHaul and reported - it still had not been checked in. I refused to leave until I got confirmation from my wife (online), and written confirmation from the receptionist. Finally the receptionist checked the truck in. I will never use UHaul again. In the middle of moving, I had to stop unpacking to drive 30 min to have the UHaul contractor check the truck in, that I turned in 18 hours earlier.Duncan C.

Was told by customer service I couldn't pick up until 9 if I wanted someone to inspect the vehicle upon return and when I got there the rsvp was cancelled for some reason. Lady at storage place said to just take it and gave me keys. When I got home there was no Dolly's in the truck. Called service and they told me they'd report the truck stolen if I didn't take back. Called another service line they hung up on me. After 40 mins found someone that would fix THE COMPANYS MISTAKE. We got a 3 hr late start w no equipment and movers charged. Upon receipt I'm seeing we're charged coverage and 12-15 more miles than we actually drove. The put miles is WRONG! Nonetheless you charged me $30 more after excessively inconveniencing my family. Every time I rent w you guys something goes wrong and your defensive â€œcustomer serviceâ€ reps have no business answering phones.Jordan T.

Alison was a lifesaver. I called Thursday morning in a panick, we were moving and the POD got full and we still a house full of boxes and furniture. I was looking for storage and a truck. Alison calmly told me she had both available immediately and would stay later if we could not make by closing. She was so helpful and saved us. We moved everything on Friday and returned the truck.
