I rented a truck on a Sunday, a day the place was closed. The gate was locked. No instructions were sent previously on how to get into the lot to access the truck. I drove around the building and discovered a back entrance to the lot. The U-haul app to pick up the truck wouldn't accept the photos of my drivers license. I phoned Angel Aid Services & left a message on voicemail. Thankfully the guy called back and was able to complete the transaction from his end. This was the second time in two consecutive weekends that the U-haul self pick-up app didn't work. Also, I did not agree to the extra $16 insurance, as the total milage for the rental was only 3 miles, however, I was charged for the insurance anyway. I contacted U-haul 1.5 days ago to dispute the over-charge and am still waiting for a call back.

Had nice customer service
Vikash LI rented the truck for two hours, used it for one hour, and the money was added. Initially, my bill was 52, and it became 95. I don't know how that happened.
