They changed the location last minute, it was then a hassle to actually get the keys. The truck was hard to keep on the road and the seat is so old my back is still soar from the drive. In all honesty we will never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone I know to use any truck company than U-Haul. It was honestly a bad experience all around.
