The equipment was covered in road sand, and three of the lights weren't working, BUT to their credit, the staff at Low Cost Auto Body took the time to do a light check with us, and was able to repair the lights before we loaded our vehicle and departed. Maneuvering the big 26' truck in their narrow lot was difficult, and we had to block traffic on the highway to complete the maneuver. Staff was excellent, but location is awkward.

Very good service
HASHAM AThey changed the location last minute, it was then a hassle to actually get the keys. The truck was hard to keep on the road and the seat is so old my back is still soar from the drive. In all honesty we will never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone I know to use any truck company than U-Haul. It was honestly a bad experience all around.
