Make it clear what the pick up and drop off time is. There was no issue with the pick up locations, but it was so hard to make a booking for the duration that I needed the vehicle. I had to change the reservation 3 times, and finally the email I received, reflected the booking.

This location was chaotic to say the least. The woman working the computer didn’t know what she was doing, she was rude, she was poor at communicating, and overall I’d never go there again. Her instructions were not clear and led to a very long and extended pick up process. 0/10.
