My experience with U-Haul was extremely disappointing. When I returned the truck, they claimed there was a fuel-level issue. We even asked them how many liters would be needed for the 14 km we drove, but they didn’t bother to help or try to resolve it. Instead, they made it into a problem, and I ended up waiting there for over 30 minutes. The fuel level was actually lower than what they claimed, yet I was still unfairly charged for fuel that I know I replaced. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience to them. There was no explanation, no respect, and no willingness to assist in any way. I expected much better service. After this experience, I won’t be renting from U-Haul again.
