The dolly and blankets were not sealed, when we picked up the truck the girl said go ahead and use them. We did NOT use the dolly, yet when we got the invoice we were charged. I called back and the manager called me back, she said she would talk to the staff member and call me back. She never called back. I called back again two days later, the phones were forwarded again. They sent all three local staff a message to call me, no one returned my call again. Today I received an email with a new invoice with the lower amount and saw the charge on my mastercard. No phone call explaining what they were doing, no phone call advising that I should see a refund in 2-5 days. I called back to customer service this time and advised them, that this was the worst service ever. How can you just send out a new invoice and not call and tell the client what is going on and then send ANOTHER email with a uhaul review. Very poor customer service.

THE CLERK WAS RUDE. SHE ASKED ME THE SECOND PERSON'S PHONE NUMBER AND CALLED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ASKING THAT " CAN SHE CALLE RIGHT NOW" . IT WAS EARLY MORNING. IF IT WAS SO URGENT AND IMPORTANT THEN I COULD GIVE OTHER PERSON NUMBER WHO IS ALREADY AWAKED. SHE SHOULD GET THE CLEARLY THAT " CAN SHE CALL NOW TO SECOND PERSON" INSTEAD APPOLOGISING SHE WAS ARGUING AND ASKED ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

The manager was friendly and explained the service. However, I don't know how my bill for the extra day (which was requested) was on a separate receipt. I thought it was included in the original quote and was paid at the time I picked the truck up.

This location is always quite busy just like the day of our rental. But the customer service representative was super friendly and did everything in her power to ensure our experience was pleasant. I don’t remember her name but just wanted to say thank you for your great service!!!!

I was told on the phone to go to the King George Boulevard location and I waited in line for an hour only to find out my trailer was at the 84th Street location. When I got to the correct location the employee was polite and efficient and had everything hooked up very quickly. He was awesome.

2 out of 3 staff members had below average customer service. I was ignored by one of them completely, even when I asked her to help me. She was busy telling stories to her colleagues. The older gentleman was gruff and a bit crude in his dealings. You need to impart better customer service training. It took them over 45 minutes to assign a truck and storage unit, when I had booked both before hand and even my credit card was on file. Also I spoke to two different representatives over the phone when I made my bookings, both of them had told me that first month of storage is free If I rent the truck feom Uhaul, they failed to mention that it had to be a one way rental. I could have easily done that, but it was too late for that when I arrived at the location. I would like to get a refund for one month of storage please. Best, Saud

I had an excellent experience with my rental. The vehicle I reserved had been vandalized the night before so I was given a larger one for the same price. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will rent from that location again.

I've submitted a dispute in regard to my rental. My ratings here do not reflect the individual stores fronts as much as they do the overall service of UHAUL as a whole from my personal experience this move.

The people in power at Uhaul in British Columbia are worthless scum who don't deserve the job titles they hold. They have no respect or care for the employees and break the laws so often it makes me sick. In the future I will take my business elsewhere and recommend everyone I know to do the same. I hope Joe Shoen reads this feedback and comes to BC to actually see how these places are run here. Law breaking is a daily thing and the family motto that I thought made the company good is a huge farce here. My niece rented a vehicle to me and she gave me her employee discount and then she was written up for this. She was never told this wasn't allowed and she has seen a Manager who occasionally works at that location, Jackie, give her family members discounts on multiple occasions. Somehow it is ok for management to do this, and break the rules whenever they want, but not for anyone else. The system should not have allowed her to put in the discount if she wasn't allowed to use it. The management is just a bunch of spoiled brats who have no clue what's going on and don't give a crap about the employees and I hope one day a good union or proper manangement with proper training is brought in to take care of the employees in Canada. At Uhaul Lazyness is rewarded and people who get things done and do things right are punished out of jealousy and the abuse of power is ridiculous. The way the upper management treats the employees is disgusting!!! I used to be an employee for uhaul and I was wrongfully fired, but to be honest I'm glad I got out of your shitty company where employees are treated like garbage and management is allowed to constantly abuse their power with no repercussions.
