Wladimir C | First ImpressionsWhen leaving my storage unit, I swept and cleaned the unit, but there was no garbage can available anywhere other than at the front gate where the office is. The employee said that I would have to pay a $25 cleanup fee because I left stuff in there, what was left in there was a small little pile of stuff that could not be taken out because there is no garbage receptacle available. You cannot charge people $25.00 for leaving a dustpans worth of dirt and dust because there is no garbage can to put it into. After a debate on the issue the employee finally agreed with not charging $25.00 to put a dustpans amount of debris into the trash bin. …. if you want the place to remain clean, you must provide proper provisions to put the dirt into. Otherwise people will just throw it on the ground outside as I have seen many times with people, & when they rent the trucks they leave the sign that’s in the windshield “proper equipment” on the ground as they drive away.
