When scheduling a rental van for U-Box unloading, I had been told they were open until 7, when in reality they were open until 5. This was difficult to coordinate with my friends' work hours.

King George Location not got it together called for a truck/10x20 storage too and had a reservation to go and find that reservation canceled and no trucks available do too them getting robbed for gas.

We reserved this unit. when I called to make sure it would be ready upon arrival, I was told they do NOT reserve units. PLEASE REMOVE THIS OPTION from your services. This is unacceptable.

reserved a 10x20 storage unit with credit card and got a confirmation number. On moving day I call to double check and confirm everything was OK and was told yes but only to arrive to no reserved spot

They didn’t take care of the mouse situation and it’s not fully enclosed place and it gets dirty. They didn’t notify me that they found some somewhat damaged bag and boxes. Saw a dead mouse inside.
