The fact that I had to return my trailer to the same location completely defeates the purpose. Pretty difficult to move a bike when you can’t take the trailer. Completely unsatisfied!

I'm sick of getting a vehicle that is almost out of gas. Is it company policy that I receive a vehicle that is almost empty. I ended up putting too much fuel in......a benefit to you, not me. I will not be using you again.

The lady on the phone was really nice. My rating is not towards the staff at the location but the service uhaul provided. You should know how many trucks you have of a certain size and not wait till the night before to screw someone so they have no other option.

Having a full tank would make make the process easier for return, plus not losing time during the rental to have to gas up. But it's not a huge deal.

FIRST OFF YOU CHANGED MY PICK UP LOCATION AT THE LAST MINUTE. SECONDLY WHEN I ARRIVED YOU MENTIONED YOU DID NOT HAVE MY 10 FOOT TRUCK AND MY ONLY OPTION IS A 9 FOOT VAN, EVEN THOUGH I HAD PRE BOOKED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICE AND I WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD FROM BLOGS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND WORD OF MOUTH. YOU CAN BET ON IT.

The pick up location was fine, just that we live in Burnaby and had to drive 45 minutes to pick it up and come home to pack, then head back out the same way to drive to Calgary. I do realize it is subject to availability.

I was very upset after going to pick up the 10' truck I had reserved for our move only to find a cargo van waiting! Another customer was there at the same time, having also reserved a 10' truck only to be met with a cargo van! How can a company rent trucks they don't have? our move went on until past midnight and we had to make several trips and got nothing but a measly $50 credit for reservation issue. Wow! great customer service. There were many unhappy customers when we picked up and dropped off. Also Truck had an indicator light on the whole time and we were told to just ignore because it always stays on. Also absolutely No parking at that location when its busy. Overall horrible experience and I will not use UHaul next move, will find a better alternative! One that has the trucks in stock that it offers online!

We didn’t get the vehicle we booked online. The van leaked. So while it rained, it ruined many of the boxes inside during transport. The return process online was a joke to navigate. Requesting multiple “verification codes” to set up my account to return the vehicle. Not user friendly.

The online reservation process and customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I was unable to reach an actual person to straighten out the pick up location. it kept being changed even though I was able to go to the Port Kells Surrey BC location in person and reserve the trailer in less than 2 minuets. Shouldn't have had to do that. I spent 4 different times on line on my only day off, spending at least 30 minuets each time...thanks for screwing up my day. I WILL NEVER EVER RENT ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN. I don't think that there is anything you can do to change my mind, it was just too big of an annoying hassle to even try to repeat. I was unable to cancel reservations that your computer had made for me at a different location many kilometers out of my way, so the only thing I could do was change the pick up date...it's now December 25th at noon. Don't expect me to be there. Cant wait to get on social media and spread the word.
