We found the lights in the hallway by our unit was on a timer and it was a very short time for the light to be on, so you'd have to walk down the hall to trigger the light to come back on every few minutes, which wasn't very convenient. We also found that every few months the price would go up, so it became quite more expensive than when we first started storing our things there.
Lori R | Overall ExperienceBased on what I experienced my locker being broken into would not recommend to a friend or anyone there needs to be better security measures at this storage especially the door leading to the lockers needs to be locked and only customers who have access to those lockers only have keys to the lock so that you can't get anyone to just walk in other people's storage units
DANIEL P | Overall ExperienceI needed more options for answers as yes/no aren’t useful to describe my experience. I had the storage locker for 20+ years. About 5ish years ago it was broken into but luckily nothing was taken. Yet, there was an issue with the mechanism that was replaced on the door. It was too small to the u-haul locks sold the site’s store. The staff said they would let the maintenance guy know to fix it and let me know. They never got back to me. I stopped by months later and it still wasn’t fixed. Finally, after 2 years I bought a new lock that would fit, and wasn’t able to use the lock I bought at U-Haul. This past November, I went to get stuff out of my locker only to discover, it was all destroyed by rodent droppings and urine. I was only able to salvage a small amount of household wares; as it wa so damaged. A mover told me the rodent infestation isn’t normal in a storage locker to the extent they saw with mine. I had never gotten insurance so I had no recourse to get damages. I will say, I will never use a storage locker again after having to load all the locker contents into a truck and took it to the dump. The mice droppings were everywhere and in everything. It was a massive biohazard. However, the new people who took over have improved the place: they are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Yet, thenbreak-in and rodent infestation ruining all my stuff prevents me from recommending this storage facility.
Michelle G | Overall ExperiencePaying $260 a month with no lighting except the hallway that doesn’t light doesn’t stay on the unit had some kind of leakage in it. Access should be open from 7 am to 11 PM.
ROBERT M | Overall ExperienceStore staff was excellent.....very helpful with choosing a larger unit. As to facility, too many uhaul vehicles stored limiting door access. Probably difficult to resolve, I am guessing but it is challenging unloading/loading.

The big unit got wet inside when rainy day comes. It can flood the unit. The gate brings water into half of the unit when lifting it up during the rain days. That’s why I dropped the unit. No more renting.
