It would be nice if they had the 24 hour access to pick up. We had to get someone from the office to give us the key after contacting u-haul.

Kurt SService was very slow and disorganized. Also after trying to add my brother from Australia on the contract, and had to do that through an App, we find out we needed his passport, so we wasted 45 minutes for nothing AND then had to give two references and phone numbers for myself. That was the last straw for me. I have never had to give references to rent a vehicle. Ridiculous policy. Won’t rent from U-Haul again unless I have no other alternative.
