I was not happy with my experience here. I am not used to renting vehicles and wasn't sure what to look for. There was not pre trip inspection done and when the truck was returned in good condition, the retailer working with haul noticed a Crack in the windshield. As my daughter had been driving the truck that I reserved in my name I asked her about it and she said that the Crack had been there when she first picked up the truck. I don't know yet, but the vendor indicated that the Crack had not been there when the truck was retired the night before. I am very worried about this especially after my family read the reviews on this particular vendor. Maybe a mandatory inspection when you first take the truck would be a good idea.

GERTRUDE LThe only thing that I felt is that the owner is not responsive and he doesn't like to wait and I felt he is aggressive. This is something that I think you all should be looking into.
