Jessica was wonderful to deal with. The electronic machine she had to use wasn’t working properly. Not her fault. You need better interactive machines. I get a sense that ‘bare maintenance’ is the mantra of U-haul. Hope this does not apply to regular brake/tire/oil maintenance to name the 3 basics. Overall not that impressed.

Not really the location as the keys were dropped off as the vehicle was dropped off and we were unfamiliar with the new system so we were unable to complete the return. But it was completed once an employee came in

JOEY AOnly thing could be equipment availibility, I didnt have much to choose from. Would have preferred to rent the small cargo van, but it never seems to be availible at this location. Its availible further away, but when I was renting, I really didnt have the option of travelling further. The staff was fantastic tho, 5/5 the whole way!
