The man was grumpy and his English was very difficult to understand.
Neely BI booked in Hartford WI and was forced to switch to Sussex Wi which was inconvenient. The person helping me was difficult to understand and he was preoccupied running the retail gas station and not 100% focused on u-haul activitiies.
MICHAEL CBe sure to check in online prior to your visit to ensure the best experience. This is not my usual U-Haul rental location, but they had the trailer I needed when I needed it, so I gave it a try. Very nice location and lot. The lot had far more room to maneuver to back in to pick up and return the trailer than the location I usually use for rentals. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great experience, especially for trailer rental!
