Understaffed and disorganized. He knew his system was down before I arrived but did nothing about it until after I was there. He put it on me to call the 800 number because his system was down. While I was calling, he did too and we both ended up talking to the same person in Milwaukee. She resolved his issue and therefore, mine. Unnecessarily chaotic in my opinion.

Excellent newer truck Pickup with app was really convenient
Elizabeth BThis rental center is a gas station (great for easy fill up when you drop it off!). The first person was friendly but basically didn't know much about what I should rent (haven't done this in a long time). Fortunately I guessed right, and also, the tank was full so no messing around with how much to top it off at the end.. When I dropped it off the person processed me quickly and properly credited me with using less miles than I estimated. Great place for people that do this a lot - not so much for one timers that need advice.
