No paperwork was given at checking out the truck. We relied on viewing the level of gas that was in the truck which was a little below 3/4 of a tank. When we return the truck the online experience was cumbersome and not user-friendly at all. It took about 30 minutes just to try to get the truck returned on the app and the experience was not good. We're all so charged for gas for the truck after paying over $50 to fill it back up to what it was when we got it. We are requesting a refund for the charge for gasoline.

They were closed on Saturday am and Sunday
Michael MOverall pretty easy experience using the app for pickup and the truck worked fine. Only thing I would point out is there is a equipment return sign out front so I parked there after hours, got the final pictures for the app, the app closes, and it was only as I was dropping the key in the box I saw the sign that said to return Uhauls to the rear of the building. I’d just suggest adding those instructions under the equipment return sign so it’s harder to miss.
Sam Eit was an app checkout and the signage was very unclear. I got charged an extra $15 for gas.and there was no way to dispute it. Miles to empty at checkout was 329 and at return it was 353
