BARRY FNothing, mobile pickup worked very well
Stephen BAfter renting and returning the U-Haul early, I was surprised to see an additional charge for mileage. It was not clearly communicated to me that I would be charged extra beyond a certain limit. I was under the impression that the first 50 miles were included, and only mileage beyond that would incur additional charges. I will use Home Depot/Penske with unlimited mileage going forward.
