This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-HAUL. They didn’t tell me it would be an online check in. Got there and no one was there. The email got with the phone number said the place was open and it wasn’t. No one answered when I called the number. I will NEVER use this place again. And right now I’m boarder line if I will ever use U-HAUL again. We were on the phone for over an hour with the 24 hour help line to figure out how to get the pickup. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
