I rented the pick up online for Pekin pickup. When I got there they told me I had to go to a different location. When I got there they said the manager had to handle that and he wouldn’t be in for another hour. We had a specific time to be somewhere. Not acceptable. I also never got a phone call the day before as my email instructed. They said they got a busy signal. I only have a cell and busy signals don’t happen on cell numbers. .
