My one complaint is the "Run Around" I have received on my Veterans Discount. Ogden U-Haul on Wall Ave said I will receive the discount on turn in of the vehicle. When I dropped off the 26 Foot truck at Scenic AZ, the folks there said the Ogden office would apply the discount. Please make note, I will ensure that Hill AFB does not use or authorize U Haul for any PCS move from or to Hill AFB in the future. If this is not corrected, and also please note I have the Pull and Contacts in the 75th ABW to make this happen. Jacking around GI's is a MAJOR UNSAT as far as a support rating. Fix this ASAP

The locations were fine, but you switched locations on me the day before pickup and the credited 30 miles I was given by customer service fell off when your agent changed the location on the contract. Now I was charged for being over mileage and I should not have been. This interaction has been garbage from the start, starting with your website being down when k tried to make the reservation. The locations don’t deserve 2 stars, but Uhaul as a whole absolutely does for this whole interaction.
LYNDSEY NApp would not let me pass driver license. Another of the questions toʻ pick up on phone werevalready in the profile what are you asking the question again. Location on the phone I had to move back to office area about 20 yard . Phone help over 1 hr wait.
