There was very little space to hook up the trailer. One of the turning signal lights was out on the trailer. We were traveling across the country. This was an extra concern amidst the whole move. The gentleman tried to be helpful, and he finally connected us with a repair person who met us at the house.

LONNEY MThe staff was quick and kind. The parking lot is kind of small so if they're busy, which they were when we arrived, it may be difficult to park to unload the uhaul equipment. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I appreciated how fast the staff worked to process our return and help us uninstall the equipment.
