The truck stalled every stop light or slow down to turn. Very disappointed with this rental.

The truck was not cleaned out after the last renter. The cargo area had food trash in it. The cab had paper trash in the dash and on the floor. Agent kicked some of the food trash out of the cargo area and stated "lazy night shift". Also the window shade advertisement was left in place for me to move. The rear view mirrors would not adjust.

The ramp was not ez-load. It was VERY steep! The ramp also had to be pushed in multiple times before it would latch in place when stowing the ramp. I think that the mom's attic leaked, and the bottom of some of our boxes got wet. Returning the truck was VERY slow. There should have been more than one staff person working on a Saturday morning. I eventually had to leave the vehicle and go inside in order to get waited on.

Showed up 15 after closing time and the guy helped unload everything for a drop off making me feel secured when leaving.

U haul sent me out with a car transport that had a brocken strap which as a result would not allow the car to be properly secured to the trailer that left me in a terrible situation. On top of that I tried to contact Road Side assistance and waited so long for a service representative to pick up the phone that I had to hang up cause I couldn’t afford to wait any longer. I later called back and finally got to someone who told me they were sorry that the situation happened to me but wasn’t going to do anything to help me or compensate me in any way to help resolve the terrible situstuon that this issue created for me. In fact in order for me to get any help to try and deal with the horrible situation that this faulty equipment left me in I was told I would have to be charged a service fee of 100 to 150 bucks from road side assisantance and that was even if anyone would be willing to help me out at all cause of what I ended up needing help with as a result of where this faulty equipment left me in time wise. So I asked to speak with the manager at road side assistance and was placed on hold for a very long time and no manager ever came on the line. I was forced to hang up and try and help myself get out of this terrible situation. Once I finally figured out how to help myself out of this seriously bad situation I returned the Car transport back to U haul and told the representatives what happened they couldn’t believe it and took just a tiny amount of money off my bill but really wasn’t able to do much for me. In fact I was told by one representative that the manager was on vacation elluding to the fact that people at Road side assistant lied to me by telling me I could speak to a manager and placing me on hold and that’s why no manager ever came on the phone! How disgusting is that behavior! Extremely unprofessional treatment by these people I will never go back and use U haul again!

There was only 1 person working and perhaps that is why he wasn't very friendly or helpful . I also reserved a 20ft truck and the truck I got was 17 ft. but he said it was "technically" considered a 20ft truck because it had a "mother's attic". However, I have a hard time believing that made up for the 3 x 8 square feet I was expecting to get.

Represent the truck size HONESTLY! Your 20' truck box may have been 20' on the outside, including the cab-over, but inside, on the floor was less than 17'. I made it work, but it was not easy. Had I known the TRUTH, I could have planned differently. Otherwise, all was good.

Chuck, Michael and the entire team were fantastic. We had true VIP service. Our move took more days of truck usage than we anticipated and they worked with us to make sure we had the equipment as long as we needed. I would recommend this location for all one's moving and storage needs.

Needs to be a bench outside to sit on while waiting to get picked up. At this location there is no space for a customer to park their car. I had to stand & wait 15 minutes for my ride. would have been nice to have a bench to sit on.

Truck rank of cat urine had cat hair all over and Bark dust throughout the truck. Would have refused the truck if it wasn't the only one available period due to an emergency on our part we had no choice but to accept it. Not a pleasant experience will not return to this location for any other product

I booked a truck on line. You shouldn't have on-line service if the locatons cannot fulfill the service confirmed. booked 26ft truck for 4:30pm for 24hrs. I received confirmation. When I went to pick-up truck, they would only let me keep the truck til 7:30... Now if I asked for truck for 24hrs... what did they think I was gonna do in 4hrs? It was stupid. customer service was horrible. When we went to square away bill... the lot was full of trucks that size. The guy always has a strange disposition...second time dealing with him. We will NEVER book on-line again..&/ or NEVER go to that store AGAIN!!!!

My experience from stay to finish was horrible. This is going in one of my top three worst customer service interactions. The gentleman who rented the truck to me lacked customer service, didn't even put the keys in my hand. He did not mention my drop off location would be closed and I had to use a drop box drop off. The mileage entered on my truck was inaccurate so I couldn't even properly return the truck. I had to disturb the employees even when the office was closed to give them keys. When I went back to my pick up location, I spoke to a different individual who was very helpful but as I was speaking with him, the other gentleman found it appropriate to interject and argue with me in front of the customer he was helping. I will never rent from here again. I will be speaking with manager and corporate to seek reimbursement for my troubles

The staff is always friendly and helpful when I've used their equipment...would recommend this location
