The location is excellent. The customer service was average. The trucks... the first one had a flat tire. That should have been noticed before giving me the keys. The second one, the gas guage was erratic. It looked like it was empty and so I added 7 gallons of gas. When I started the truck, the guage said I had 1/4 tank. However I drove 16 miles and it was at empty once again, which did not make sense but I didn't want to run out of gas so I added 14 gallons, thinking that should last me the additional 10 miles I need to drive. When I turned the truck back on again, it said I had 3/4 tank. Which means that despite saying empty (twice), clearly there had been a good amount of gas in the truck once I got it, otherwise it would be impossible for it to have jumped up to 3/4 full based on that small amount of gas. Long story short, these trucks need better servicing and maintenance.

Very easy, clean, and well maintained. The only issue I had was I got the truck with 1/4 tank, and not knowing how much gas to get for my trip (unknown mpg), I filled it up and ended up returning it with nearly a full tank. There should be some sort of reimbursement for gas if you leave it with more fuel than what you got it with.
Bradley IService is always excellent. However, the trucks here are old. I'm not looking for a "nice truck", just one at least with mirrors I can adjust somehow. If you don't have a back up camera, all you have are mirrors
