The location was very nerve wracking at night as there was no lighting behind the building where the truck was parked. The key drop off was on the opposite side of the building from the truck. It was also muddy as it had recently rained.
Wendi GFIRST LOCATION COULDNT SPEAK ENGLISH- NOBODY HELPED US, STOOD THERE FOR AN HOUR, CALLED MAIN OFFICE ONLY TO HAVE US DRIVE FARTHER INTO CITY TO A PLACE THAT WASNT OPEN!!!A PERSON JUST HAPPENED TO BE SITTING THERE WHO WAS FRIENDS WITH THE OWNER, SHE HELPED ME MORE THAN ANYONE, WAITED THERE ANOTHER HOUR. THEN WHEN THE OWNER OF THE SHOP DID SHOW UP WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR TO GET IT CLEANED. I WOULDNT RECOMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE.
