I was just habed keys no paperwork and was told, the truck is outback! On top of that, I was charged an extra $20 for an after hours fee! WTF! That's above the extra $55 additional 1 day fee! How is it my fault that I was assigned a location to take it to that was closed! Uhaul is such a rip-off! Never again!

Worst drop off area I have ever seen. There are Uhaul dealerships closer to my house that are in better shape. Why did I have to drive to Tallahassee Florida when there are dealerships around Crawfordville Florida
