I normally have had a great experience when dealing with U-haul on Gandy Blvd. Unfortunately, the truck I needed was not available at my preferred location so I had to pick up at the Columbus location. The location was not in a good part of town. The truck was dirty and had broken glass in the back. I paid for a dolly, but when I went to pick up I was told the truck did not have one. The manager had to loan me his personal dolly, which was old and extremely heavy. The truck had a check engine light and while driving it kicked and bucked like a wild horse. When I was done loading and went to lock the truck using the supplied lock, I discovered it did not work. Again, I love U-haul, and will most likely use you again, but these little mom and pop shops that rent U-hauls on the side, I will never use again.
