No check in process at all. They just took the keys and said all is good. Email received reflects ridiculous date and time for return. Completely ridiculous information for return time and date.
FRED DMy original vehicle (van) I reserved was not available due to being cleaned for smoke. The store clerk gave me a replacement 10ft truck instead. In cases like this, U-Haul could contact the customer to give them a heads up so there is no surprises when we show up to pick up the vehicle. However, the overall experience was great and the store clerk we very accommodating and explained the situation.
