Monica JThis place is also a convenience store with a TINY parking lot. Person behind the counter told me it's my responsibility to park the trailer next to the others but there is zero space attempt to back it in with the 26' truck so my wife and I had to uncouple the dual axel box trailer, turn it and push it by hand into the space. This trailer has no jack so not fun. THEN there was no space to park the truck and I was told ro put it adjacent to thr trialers 'but don't block them or we will be forced to fine you". So after jogging the truck back and forth like 20 times, I got it to where it was not blocking the trialers or the entrance. This was the most challenging Uhaul experience I had ever had, but its due to the staff and layout of this location. Not reccomended.
JASON S1. Need to check and fix the trailer's lights. 2. When placing the order, I did not add the insurance, but when checking, she added it automatically without noticing me and I forgot to check the agreement again. Please follow the order, do not add anything without noticing!
Thuan BClerk did not know anything about rental protocol Had to call ‘boss’ to figure it out. Nice guy but he was clueless.
