When I walked in this time, being the 2nd time I picked up a truck, i was told i can check in online on my phone. the man behind the counter obviously didnt want to work. I then spent 30 minutes online and walking the lot because no trucks were where they said they were but i ended up finding one. if that is the customer service uhaul is going to provide you might as well replace employees with computers because you're wasting your money

The truck was infested with roaches! I was extremely uncomfortable while using it, and I had to spray all of my stuff down to make sure that I didn’t bring any roaches into my new home. I spoke with an assistant manager at this site and told him my concerns, and he said the GM would call me, but I nevdf heard anythin.

I followed the instructions on the gas guide and I had to go back to the gas station because the needle in the truck wasn't moving. Please review your gas guide. Something is not right. The employee was like we are just going to charge you if it's not full and didn't want to hear what I had to say about the needle in the truck, I have been using Uhaul for years,and this last experience made me question my loyalty to your brand.

You check in process needs streamlining. It takes way too much time. This is my second rental from this location this year and it was the same issue the first time. You wait in a long line and then it's a process to fill out the first paperwork (even though everything was done online in advance). Then you get sent outside to get your equipment. After waiting for that, then you are sent back in side to wait in the same line you waiting in the first time to have another person look up your file and then go outside and check

The rental staff are not welcoming and acknowledge you are present in the store. When the rental is taking place they act as though they do not like being there or assisting you. The process itself is not client friendly - make a reservation...wait in line to be assisted...told to go get the utility trailer hooked up and come back in...wait your turn in line again...finalize paper another person who does not live with you hoping they answer. Not efficient.

I have rated our experience as excellent ONLY because of the excellent customer service the SECOND employee who completed our rental provided. Unfortunately, I did not note either of the employees names. The first associate who was helping us was unengaged, never made eye contact with me or our additional driver, only talked about getting to lunch and asked 3 other employees to help us so that she could go to lunch. If she needed to go to lunch she never should have directed us to her station. She had absolutely no sense of urgency in her efforts to get us to our rental and on our way. However, when the UPS delivery man arrived she completely stopped helping us to go hug and enter into conversation with the UPS driver. Your other staffed seemed awesome and the woman who helped myself and our additional driver was TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. She explained the details clearly and succinctly, was pleasant, shook our hands and made eye contact, and was welcoming and engaging.

I had a problem with this truck from the time I picked it up until the time I dropped it off. The key to the truck was very bad. I would not open the driver's side door and would only open the passenger side door it it was jiggled and reinserted - usually a 5 minute process. I had to go through the same process with the ignition. When I called both the place I rented this truck and roadside assistance, they refused to help.

App checkin almost worthless. It tells you to skip the line and get your keys but there is no skip the line designated area and because they employees don’t recognize anyone but who they are talking to you either have to wait your turn or be a jerk and butt in. Worthless

After taking the time to select my rental, and provide all the necessary information online, I had to repeat the entire process in person at the time of my rental--WHY?. In addition, the counter agent had a bad attitude from the get-go. She was also rude when speaking with my emergency contact.

We called ahead to get a quote and the lady was not very personable. When we arrived the lady seemed bored and not really engaging. When we returned I chose to pay cash and the guy took about 15 minutes to get my change first because he did not put an accurate amount that I gave him and then he closed the register without giving me the change. It was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from start to end.
