Two employees did not seem very friendly while I was inside. There was a girl arguing on the phone with a customer on speaker... Found that pretty rude and the girl working with me wasn't very friendly. The truck I rented also seemed to have some breaking issues. Screeched stopping and a break like kept coming on then going off then come on again and go off again. Was very worried about being safe in it. I don't know if I would rent one again or not to be honest.

The outside check in person was not around when i drove in st 6:58 teo minutes prior to closing . I ssy waiting fir two minutes the he meandered up Snd told me u haul was closed . I told him absulutely not that i had been informed clising was at seven and i had been sitting here for two minutes wsiting on him to show up andctgst he needed to check me in . He would have have dine do if it had not been foe teo other renters who drove up behind me and informed him thst they wanted to be checked in and were not paingbfor a second day . Basically your employee is a lazy employee and thought he could intimendate a woman. I told him oh no i was here before 7 pm and yoyr checking me in . You need to get rid of him!

Inspect the mechanics of the vehicle, and tires especially before a one way rental. I picked up the truck, realized the front end tremble when driving. Contacted the pick up location who instructed me to contact roadside assistance. Your personnel arrived and advised that a ball joint was loose, but it was ok to drive. I pointed out the bad tire on the front so he switched it to the rear. I drove what I felt was an unsafe truck almost 1,000 miles. Very unhappy with that process.

Tried to get me to reserve a 15-foot truck when I told them that I had two dressers, a desk and two nightstands. Only offered me a 10 when I asked ... I showed up in the morning and they changed the res to a 15and I had to ask for the 10 rate ... check-in was understaffed ... they charged me for a dolly that I did not use and I had to go inside to protest ... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

The attendant that checked our truck in, wasn't friendly at all. Honestly, no customer service... He said nothing more than, you returning? ;(after looking around the truck) ok no problems with the truck. ; you want the receipt to go to the email on file? He said nothing else!

I was quoted a price for the extra day I had the truck. Once I returned the truck, they told me l owed more money, for milage, but it was not the mileage, it ended up being for the extra day, but the guy I spoke to told me that the original price taken off my card, was a sufficient amount for the extra day. But the manger at Uhaul said c/s call center cannot see what they see, so it was more.

You do not honor your price guarantee. I found another moving truck for 500.00 less than what you charged me and the woman up front would not do anything therefore I will not recommend u haul to no one.

I made it a point to let the manager know that was the CLEANEST and most well kept public restroom I have ever seen. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me select the EXACT truck I needed and gave me a almost accurate estimate. I always use this location and as usual, it was above expectations.

My pre-made reservation was lost, so I guess I was lucky they had a truck available. Previous driver left garbage and empty water bottles behind driver's seat. Tire pressure warning came on almost immediately as I was driving and then a warning message appeared that said "faulty tire pressure gauge" so I had to call toad side service to find out what to do. Also, u-haul employee loaded the hand-truck I rented wheels down so that it rolled all over crashing into walls of cargo area. I had to pull off the highway to park and secure the handcart. Overall lousy experience.

Staff members were rude. When confirming my reservation after receiving a text I changed the pick up time from 8:30 to 11:30, however on the day of the reservation I received a call saying if I did not show up by 30 minutes after the original reservation time it would be cancelled

When I checked in at the counter, it was past 1:15 and the lady had a tag that said owner was busy doing other things she checked me in at 1:15. I asked her why that was, even if it's 5 or 10 mins, it's a 24 hour contract. And she told me if it didn't have it back right at 1:15 she was going to charge me another day. There's something wrong here.

The overnight return process done via phone works well, but it is very frustrating when you are sitting in a dark lot with no light. The way it was explained was that I would need to take a single photo of the odometer and the fuel gauge. Great. As it turns out, I had to take three other photos.... the cab, the back (for cleanliness), and then an outside shot showing where the truck is. These are all great for a variety of reasons, but if my gf, sister or mother were out there having to walk around in the dark doing this, it would be totally unacceptable. You guys should consider ways to make that safer.

Booked a truck and movers through Uhaul.com. Movers never showed, I had to get same day movers the next day at double the price. Uhaul had the nerve to charge me a second day, plus late fees.

The lady who helped us at the front counter was not very nice to other customers while we were in there. She wasn't rude to us but other people she was. She seemed like she just had no patience for the other customers who kept asking questions.
