JOSE FDont rent truck: TM890S. The locking mechanism is broken on the driver's side door, and when the keys are inevitably locked inside, the manager will gaslight you into it being your fault,( issue verified with second key), and try to get you to pay for a locksmith/roadside assistance. Thankfully, UHAUL customer service worked out the issue and we were able to rent a different truck. Just be cautious!! Also found out the same issue has happened to previous customers with the same truck, from the gas station attendant who was kind enough to let us know. I wonder how many people just ate the cost of a locksmith/roadside assistance before me. Manager was extremely rude and basically told me oh well, sucks.
Edwin VDidn’t really deal with anyone since we did the drop off after hours but it was easy to drop off the truck.
JOSEPH FDrove 60 miles all over the road. Truck needs front alignment bad would not rent out. Also smell like waste will not recommend this location.
