We arrived at one location with a 7am pickup time, and were told that our keys were not in our UHaul truck. We were then directed to go to a second location where we were provided a dirty Uhaul that did not include the dolly and furniture pads we paid for. It was overall not a good experience.
Rachel BI ordered blankets to go with the truck rental, but when I picked up the truck, they didn’t have any. I ordered the rental over 2 weeks in advance, so they were very aware of my needs ahead of time. The truck was old and still had sand inside the truck from prior users.
Lori BAllowed me to extend reservation time and to leave my car at the store. Excellent customer service!
