The van smelled like pee. Front desk staff was very rude at check in. At check out, someone else took care of me and they were nicer. The check-in guy charged me for an Extended Rental when I only needed the van for a couple hours. Now I have a pending charge for $164 when my final balance was actually $51. I hope the $164 charge clears soon. If not, you will hear from me again.
Jesus PDirty truck, terribly rude staff at store, worst truck rental experience ever. Owner would not check in my vehicle, flat out refused. Had to do everything in Uhaul app.

Kathy SFirst it was dark outside and clerk just handed me a key and I ask” where is the truck”? He seemed annoyed that he had to go help me look for truck. Truck was smoked in and has cig ashes all over. And, the air bag light was on!!! Not safe at all!!!

Sharon SClean truck and measure gas more accurately, I returned the tank with more gas than there was before and still got charged over 25$ for 5 gallons which is absurd for a 20.3 mile rental!

Candice SMalic has been a great acquaintance of mine for many. Many years. He rind a top notch operation. His uhaul operation is no different. Just a great business all around. I purchase my gas there and have used his uhaul business numerous times. 10 star rating for me.
SARA CI made prior reservations but they said its cancelled you have to do walk in. The truck was not clean, somehow i ignored it but took a photo, now cleaning charges in my bill The initial 10 ft truck which i was given , ac was not working then they said you can take the 15 ft one , now they are charging 15ft rental. While it was there fault.
Subhajit GA/C did not work and it was raining really bad so we had to keep windows up and it was very hot inside the truck. They also charged us for more gas than what we used and when we called the owner to complain he was very rude and just kept saying we needed to pay. Called U-haul’s main phone number and I’m waiting to see if they refund my money.

JEFF HI was advised by the representative that the U-Haul would cost $34 plus $.99 a mile, for 4 hours. In which I still wasn't too happy with. So upon my return when the rep informed me of my charge, he now was charging me $1.19 a mile. Definitely not the price he quoted to me earlier that day. After being charged $140 and some change and $20 to refuel the truck for only 4 hours and 89 miles is straight ROBERY! And on top of that, the truck that I was given was low on oil and engine light on. Because it was low on oil i had to stop and purchase some. I have receipt of purchase, and video of low oil and engine light on.

Aaron TI ordered the uhaul with the predicted mileage and they charged me a “coverage mileage” of 100 miles. So I payed it because I needed the uhaul. I used my estimated mileage to the T but after I dropped the uhaul off the guy to collect it wasn’t even there. It’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten charged the correct amount, my bank is still holding the predicted charge amiunt
josiah sThe drop off procedures/instructions need to be explained to the customers at the pick up side. No parking spot were available and I had to call the customer service line few times to be able to drop it off. You should be so happy I am leaving this comment, because I am taking the time to write them feedback for you to fix an issue in your company that prevents future customers from this issue. You are welcome!
Bassir AThe trailer tires were underinflated. Two of the tires had less 20 psi when they should have been 65 psi. I had to pump them up myself. I rented the trailer for one day but was charged for two. I called to complain and was told it the extra charge would be credited to my card. After three days I am still waiting and will call again today.

ROBERT LThis man is a scam and so is U-Haul for allowing this to happen he took my deposit money after saying he would refund it saying I drove over 100,000 miles in one day. I don’t recommend no one to rent from here!
natasha mThey have bums living out the back of the trucks and they will argue with you, saying there’s other truck you can rent. Trucks left with minimal gas. Overcharging extra days because there is no return after hours policy. Zero stars!!! Never rent here

Kyle AThe truck was dirty. The employee charged me insurance even through I told him I didn't want it. Also authorized 300 miles even though I told him I was going less than 100. It was complete chaos! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THERE AGAIN!
Jannette WThe truck is not modern, consumes a lot of fuel, it feels like have problems in the transmission of commands, and changed the location and hour where to pick up the truck to my detriment without my requesting it. Really have to check this to avoid possible futures inconvenients with any other customer.
Joaquin GI dropped off 3 days before the due date and was charged for an extra day. I called and talked to three different people that all said they would take care of it and follow up with me. None of them helped or followed up. It is beyond disrespectful and theft taking money that wasn’t yours to begin with and then make me jump through every hoop to get my money back which still isn’t refunded!!! Your business is broken and would refer my worst enemy.

RAFAEL LTruck was filled with ants, and had belongs left in the cab from a previous renter. Additionally, I was incorrectly charged for fuel and when I called the rental location to have them correct the error, they were no help. I have proof that I returned the truck with the correct about of fuel.

robert wWhen I got to the location the person who handles the Uhaul reservations was not present I waited for about 30 minutes and ended up giving my information to a stranger over the phone. The truck was dirty and I was over charged. It was unprofessional and unorganized I will never rent from this place again.
