When I returned the trailer no one was in the office and would not answer or return my calls. I dropped the trailer off and was later sent a text telling me to return it or I would face more fees. I tried to call and resolve still with no answer or call back. I had taken photos of where I dropped the trailer off and was contacted a week later by UHaul Corp asking me to return the unit. I explained this situation to them and the matter was resolved. It seemed like Florida Express TR was trying to rip me off.

Have associates trained to rent, sale, etc. that can speak & UNDERSTAND English. The communication barrier was so difficult to deal with. Hence, costing more out of pocket cost for me. I've never experienced any issues w/ Uhaul before & I never want to again so, I won't be renting from this location again.

My experience has been very bad, they first changed my pickup reservation. 45 minutes from the place I had made the reservation, the trailer they gave me had the mooring ropes of the tires broken, when I arrived at my destination they also changed the delivery place of the trailer to 30 minutes from the one I had chosen So I spent a lot of money dm gasoline and time for the pickups, the trailer must have better maintenance because I moved my car from one city to another with little security since you did not have the soda to hold the rubbers
