Everything was good at the beginning. But, although I was told that that the hand truck was already in the truck, it wasn't. Im glad I remembered to check, because all hand trucks are stored inside the store. Not realizing the 10' truck doesn't have a ramp, I had to switch to a 15'. They asked how long I said about 5 hrs, but what shall I did if it runs late? He said to call just in case it may have been reserved for someone else. Sure, no problem. But no one answered the 2 numbers I called. Therefore, I had to totally stop work, add the extra task to go on app to extend. Although it was already at night and because i couldnt contact the dealer, i had to pay as though it was a new rental. Im also glad I checked online in the morning, because even though he had the keys, he didnt close out the order and it was noted as past due. So, even more time was wasted having to call the main Uhaul number. Im so glad I did, because they weren't able to get them on the phone either. A few hours later, everything worked out. Since the truck transfer worked so smoothly, I would've rated higher, but....

Más coordinación a la hora de la recogida
SERAFIN EMuy mala comunicación, la millas salía en la aplicación a 0.89 y después me la cobraron a 1.19 y la persona que estaba en la tienda me dijo que no le pusiera gasolina qué ya estaba incluida en el precio y me descontaron 66 dolares mas sin nadie decirme nada. Y para completar me estaban llamando por la mañana del día siguiente para que devolviera el camión o pidiera prorroga, dicho camión lo devolví a las 2 hrs. Después de rentado. Y al parecer en la tienda nunca cerraron el contrato y por eso me estaban contactando...
