The associate that helped me was very nice & explained everything well. She was great. The truck was just what we needed to do the job.
ROBERT LI had chosen contactless pickup, but the keys were not in the lockbox for me to pickup. When a reservation is made hours in advance I feel like they can drop the keys in. The help inside was very kind but standing outside checking in when I could’ve gone inside in the first place was frustrating,
