The truck cabin and cargo box had extremely strong smell of marijuana. The front windshield was very dirty and I wasn't able to see through it

I filled up the U-Haul truck at this location’s gas station. Then they charged me $25 in fuel which is incorrect. I have no way of proving this now. I shouldn’t have to take photos of every detail in fear I will be charged un necessarily SCAM
