Noted some damage that we didn't do, but wasn't noted on the paper work. So even though we caused no damage, we had the insurance so no one seemed to care.

Our truck worked well in driving and relocating from California to Arizona; except the very last mile where the truck just shut off and lost power. The only sign it gave me before shut down was a dinging sound like, what you would hear if your door is ajar; then it died. I had to coast thru the light and pull to the side. Gave it a minute and it turned on again. Was very strange. I always rent from Uhaul, but never had this happen to me before.

Uhaul.com says this location has afterhours returns, but the instructions are impossible to follow. It says to leave the truck in the yard, but there is a locked fence enclosing the yard and no drop box for the keys. I attempted to drop the truck, but but found no way to do that here. I will not be using this location again unless there are changes made to their after-hours drop off policy.

I greatly disliked the need to verify my ID, I had to leave and find someone to say they knew me even though I had all the ID necessary. The equipment needed lubing which I did to make it usable.

the only problem i had was that i returned the truck but was unable to get a ride home so i had to walk over a mile. maybe a consideration for that in the future would be great.

Close the Fortuna, 32nd st locations, and have the phones actually ring at the locations that you want to talk to. Too many people getting in the way, too many mistakes

Friendly employees. Truck was a little dirty inside. Floor looked like someone e had spilled something all over/ someone vommited on floor. Maybe just a little cleaner for us girl drivers

We sent a lengthy email to firstname.lastname@example.org complaining about the terrible service we received at B S and E.Their customer service there was terrible and we were charges extra after agreeing to haul the 6 x 12 trailer to them rather than drop it off in a closer location the where we live.The female manager was very rude making us wait for her to finish her B S and ED business before she was willing to wait on us for the returned trailer, then charging us for returning it ten minutes late even though we agreed to haul it further to her location. We rented a trailer for use from California to Arizona. The drop off location was Lake Havasu City AZ, however the business address was in Havasu Lake CA. We brought this to the attention of the rental company and they were unable to fix it. They called Uhaul customer service and on speaker phone explained the situation to an extremely rude woman who refused to help. She was more interested in telling us that she had worked at uhaul for 26 years than in finding a resolution. When I suggested that she hadn’t learned much about customer service in those 26 years she hung up. We were told to drop the trailer at any Arizona location which of course did not work without issues.

Two young men were staffing the counter when I arrived, I explained that I was on a tight time frame. I utilized the pay and check in, in advance option. The young man was nice enough but had quite a bit of difficulty in checking me in. Bottom line, due to the excessive time delay, I lost my help to load the trailer.

They need a place to park the vehicles when you drop off after hours or when they are closed. We dropped off on a Sunday and gates were locked and no place to put truck.

I believe if a company is going to be a Uhaul dealer they should have representative available seven days a week. This location is not open on Sundays, so they wanted me to drop off the trailer by leaving on the side of the road outside their fenced off yard. I did not feel comfortable doing that. I felt that if something happened to the trailer I could have been held responsible for it. Fortunately I spoke with the ASM for the area and we worked out an alternative solution.

When the customer returns the truck, instead of standing from the outside looking at the fuel gauge, get IN the truck. We received "This is only 11/16 of a tank, not 3/4. Do you want to go put more gas in?" Really? We put gas in to the 3/4 of a tank like it had been when we picked up the truck (the needle had barely moved, but we put gas in, anyway, and it was dead on 3/4 tank when we were done). You're going to nitpick over 1/16 of a tank of gas, when that 1/16 was probably used in the mile drive from the gas station to the store? It probably looked like 11/16 of a tank because you were standing at an angle looking in, anyway. Thankfully, they didn't give us a fuel charge.
