reserved a U-Haul through the app and was initially told the trucks had already been rented out to walk-in customers. About an hour later, I drove to the location and saw that trucks had been returned by previous renters. I asked if I could rent one, and the employee informed me there was a truck available but that only one person handles rentals and she was busy. My son and I were left waiting for about an hour while she restocked ice and shelves, despite knowing we were there to rent a truck. Eventually, she told me to go back on the app and complete the rental process myself. When I finally received the truck, the inside was extremely dirty, with piles of dirt and trash left behind. Despite this, I proceeded with my rental since I needed the truck. Upon returning it—two hours earlier than scheduled—the same employee did not check the vehicle back in or even acknowledge me. Later, I received a call from U-Haul asking about the truck, as it had not been marked as returned. A different employee briefly asked if I had filled it up and cleaned it. I explained that I returned it in the same condition I received it, aside from transporting a brand-new bed. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. What should have taken 15 minutes turned into a lengthy and exhausting ordeal. Given the cost and inconvenience, I expected far better service. I will not return to this location and will not recommend it to others. If I could give this experience less than zero stars, I would.

Lorraine SThe truck had not been cleaned after last rental. It had dog hair all over inside cab. At time of renting the young clerk was not familiar with process and an older lady had to finish rental.
WAYNE DU haul was not cleaned that good and the uhaul started jerking alot and showing a traction light most of the drive and when braking the steering wheel would shake really bad which made my drive really dangerous
Andy gMobile pickup failed for early pick up. Truck had lots of dirt inside hauling area and ramp, had to clean before loading. Inside truck cab was clean. Was never told that I had a set number of miles of 60 for my trip from Bear Valley Springs to Bakersfield, so it cost more at drop off.
